The city of Utica’s new cultural hub, Handshake.City is an urban park and market using renovated shipping containers and abandoned spaces to bring food, art, culture, and retail to Bagg’s Square with various weekend events. This non-profit initiative is managed by Made In Utica and made possible through the Community Foundation of Herkimer and Oneida County.
